Blake Neff blasts Candace Owens’ ‘Russian spy project’ claim, questions evidence behind TPUSA allegations

Candace Owens has sparked another debate around Turning Point USA (TPUSA) after making a series of claims about the organization’s alleged links to people with Russian and Eastern European backgrounds. The conservative commentator raised the issue while discussing Charlie Kirk’s memorial event and later shared a chart that she said showed connections involving TPUSA donors and individuals linked to Russian studies. Her comments quickly drew attention online, but the claims have not been independently verified. Blake Neff, a writer and commentator associated with TPUSA, responded publicly, arguing that Owens was making broad connections without presenting evidence and questioning the basis of her allegations.

Blake Neff questions Candace Owens’ claims about Turning Point USA

The latest disagreement began after a video from Owens’ show circulated on X. In the clip, she spoke about Charlie Kirk’s memorial gathering and said a large number of people in attendance, especially in VIP areas, were speaking Russian.

Owens then pointed to several people connected to TPUSA and highlighted what she described as Eastern European ties. She also displayed a visual chart that, according to her, connected major TPUSA donors, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and individuals who had studied Russian or had Eastern European backgrounds.
