Blake Cavallaro has been named Canterbury's inaugural NRLW coach.
Cavallaro has most recently served as head of pathways at the Sydney Roosters and led the side's Indigenous Academy women's team to back-to-back Tarsha Gale Cup premierships in 2022 and 2023.
He also led NSW's U19s women's team to State of Origin victories in 2021 and 2022.
Cavallaro will oversee female pathways and player development for the Bulldogs' NSWRL women's premiership team ahead of the season that begins in July.
His role as NRLW coach commences ahead of the 2025 season, Canterbury's first in the premiership.
"With this, our first venture into the NRLW, it was imperative we sourced an experienced, well-respected person to manage and coach our women's program," said Bulldogs football boss Phil Gould.
"Blake Cavallaro ticked all the boxes in this regard, and we are delighted that he has joined the Bulldogs."
Cavallaro has previously worked at the NRL as a game development officer, and held other pathways, development and coaching roles at the Roosters across a 12-year stint.
"I'm thrilled and looking forward to this next chapter," he said.
The Warriors' re-entry and the admission of Canterbury into the NRLW will take the competition to 12 teams for 2025.
