Blake Austin will spend the 2023 campaign at Leeds Rhinos after the club agreed a one-year extension to his contract. Austin, 31, arrived from Warrington Wolves during the winter and has missed only two games this season.
After agreeing an initial one-year deal, he has now taken up the option of a second year at the club. The former Canberra Raider star said: “I am pleased to be staying at the Rhinos.
“I am a father of four young children and my family are really beginning to feel at home here in Leeds. It was a tough start to life here at the club but we are all pulling together and I think good times are ahead for us.”
