BLACKPINK's Lisa Sets October Double Drop: 'Press Play' EP Lands Before Limited PS5 Controller

PlayStation Sony Kojima Productions

Sony has confirmed the design will be sold in strictly limited numbers, with US pre-orders opening on 2 October at $84.99 ahead of the full launch on 30 October (Credit: Screenshot/PlayStation/Youtube)

PlayStation is tying the launch of BLACKPINK star Lisa's new EP 'Press Play' to a limited‑edition $85 (£62) PS5 DualSense controller featuring her signature bangs and eyes on the touchpad, with the EP arriving on 23 October and the controller following on 30 October after pre‑orders open on 2 October.

The collaboration follows PlayStation's 2023 limited‑edition DualSense and PS5 console cover created with basketball star LeBron James, though this release combines the controller with a broader merchandise collection and the rollout of Lisa's new EP. Sony has described the controller as available in highly limited quantities while supplies last.
