South Korean girl group Blackpink has been making headlines lately thanks to Jennie Kim modeling for Adidas and closing out Jacquemus' 15th anniversary show. She isn't the only multitalented band member, however. Rosé has officially embarked on a partnership with Puma as the brand's newest ambassador.
Joining the likes of Rihanna and Dua Lipa, the K-pop singer will have an active role in the brand's campaigns, including its Rewrite the Classics program which will reimagine Puma's signature silhouettes for today's modern fanbase. The new partnership announcement was accompanied with a series of flashy images set against an airport background with the sign "Arrival" and the brand's leaping cat logo as the destination. "A style icon and trendsetter in her own right. Our journey starts now @roses_are_rosie #PUMAxROSÉ," the brand proclaims on Instagram as the artist sports a cropped black tee, wide-leg jeans, classic Puma sneakers and a zip-up track jacket in black and white.
"Rosé's remarkable influence on music, fashion, and culture globally are such an inspiration," elaborates Puma Chief Product Officer Maria Valdes. "Her unique perspective will be instrumental in amplifying PUMA's 'Rewrite the Classics' program highlighting franchises like Palermo, Speedcat, amongst others. We are delighted to welcome her to our PUMA family, and we eagerly anticipate the accomplishments we will achieve together."
As we wait to see what the partnership has in store, take a closer look at the campaign images.
