RAIPUR: Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel said on Friday that the ongoing targeted killings in Kashmir is a clear indication that the BJP-RSS policies for the border states has failed.
BJP-RSS had time to watch and promote propaganda film like Kashmir Files. Now, BJP is maintaining a silence when Hindus are being killed in Kashmir, he told reporters here before leaving for his ongoing mass outreach programme.
Article 370 was scrapped, J&K was divided into three and special status was also withdrawn claiming that everything would become normal. Why normalcy is not there? , he asked. Asserting that the policies of BJP-RSS have failed miserably, the chief minister said BJP leaders were earlier claiming that people would buy land and build houses after abrogation of Article 370 but things are back to square one.
