Former Rangers starlet Billy Gilmour's younger brother has left Kilmarnock.
It was confirmed by the Rugby Park outfit on Thursday that Harvey Gilmour had departed the club.
The teenager leaves Killie after a decade spent in their academy, before signing his first professional deal around one year ago.
The midfielder was part of Craig Clark's under-18s team to run St Johnstone very close in the CAS Performance League title race.
And he also featured in the squad of Killie's Reserve Cup win this season, with the U18s helping to fill out the team with other development players.
Recently posted on Instagram, Harvey detailed joining Killie aged seven and his journey up through the ranks.
He wrote: "From joining Kilmarnock at the age of seven years old all the way through to playing my last game, I have made so many great memories in my 10 years here.
"Signing my first professional contract and being able to share my journey with such a great group of boys will always be remembered.
"I would also like to thank all the coaches and staff that I have worked with throughout this time for helping me get to where I am today."
It remains to be seen what the next steps in the youngster's career will be.
He was once courted by Chelsea when older brother Billy was on their books. Prior to his first-team breakthrough, the Stamford Bridge side was reportedly keen to keep tabs on Harvey and follow his development.
Billy of course came through the academy at Rangers before moving to Chelsea aged 16 for a fee of around £500,000.
He went on to make his debut under Frank Lampard. He made 22 appearances for the first team before moving to Brighton last summer for £8million.
Alongside Gilmour leaving Killie, a further seven have also moved on upon the expiry of their contracts.
Jon Craig, Kirk McKnight, Joe Spencer, Kabir ‘Singh’ Chahal, Sean Clark, Cameron Mulvanny, and Aiden Boon join Gilmour in leaving.
