Although the field at Highmark Stadium was clear of any snow for the Buffalo Bills’ wild-card playoff clash against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the stands were not, with mounds of snow piled up among the seats.
Fortunately, Bills fans were prepared to make the best of an unusual situation, as they so often are.
Buffalo got on the scoreboard first with a Dawson Knox touchdown reception on its opening drive, and fans in the stands celebrated by throwing piles of snow into the air.
It seems most of the stadium was on the same page when it came to the opening touchdown celebration, as snow could be seen being tossed around by fans across the entirety of the stands, resulting in a pretty awesome scene at Highmark Stadium.

Fans who made the trek out to the snowy stadium were rewarded with a big first quarter from the Bills, who scored two touchdowns on their first two drives of the game to grab a 14–0 lead. After both touchdowns, snow could be seen flying around the seats.
Despite the inclement weather that had hit Buffalo and forced the postponement of the wild-card game until Monday, fans at the stadium were loud and eager to celebrate their team’s early lead.
