Former President Bill Clinton recently made a notable reference to his famous 'place called Hope' line from the 1992 Democratic convention in support of Kamala Harris, urging Americans to vote for her as the 'president of joy' for the White House.
Clinton, hailing from Hope, Arkansas, had originally stated in the 1992 convention that he 'still believes in a place called Hope.' During a recent event, he emphasized the importance of Harris' leadership by stating, 'From a man who once had the honor to be called in this convention, a man from Hope, we need Kamala Harris - the president of joy - to lead us.'
Expressing his commitment to the cause, Clinton encouraged others to do their part in supporting Harris, stating, 'So, I’ll be doing my part. You do yours. I’ll see you when we’re making a real joyful noise when the votes are counted.'
