Among the nominations are Bimini Bon Boulash's iconic solo verse from season two of RuPaul's Drag Race as well as Colin's heart-breaking AIDS diagnosis in Channel 4's It's a Sin.

Also in with a chance of winning is the moment Adele was reunited with her old teacher in An Audience with Adele, Rose and Giovanni's breathtaking silent dance performance on Strictly Come Dancing, Squid Game's infamous 'Red light, Green Light' challenge and Ant and Dec's dig at Downing Street's lockdown parties on I'm a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here.
Pop star Adele is no stranger to winning awards so it's no surprised the touching moment she was reunited with her school teacher for the first time in over a decade is nominated.
The moment happened after Emma Thompson asked the Hello singer if anyone had inspired her at school, to which Adele replied: "Yeah I had a teacher at Chestnut Grove who taught me English. That was Miss McDonald. She left when I was in year eight. It was just one year, but she got me really into literature. I've always been obsessed with English and obviously now I write lyrics."
Rose and Giovanni's performance to Symphony by Clean Bandit awarded them a spot in the nominations. Halfway through their performance the music stopped as the pair danced to silence in a bid to raise awareness of the deaf community and their experiences.
Elsewhere Ant and Dec's reference to the Prime Minister's love for parties, cheese and wine also made it into the top six.
As viewers watched the camp leader change during one episode, Ant said: "And that means David's reign is over. But they weren't celebrating. They categorically deny any suggestions that they had a party. And this fictional party definitely didn't involve cheese and wine, or a Secret Santa."
The final nomination was given to Squid Game's viral Red Light Green Light game. The traditional Korean children's game was presented to viewers with a twist as it saw the losers being killed in the hit Netflix show.
