Maharajganj: Here is a big update first on Dynamite News about the suicide case of Nishad Party leader Dharmatma Nishad.
In the Dharmatma Nishad suicide case, the police have registered an FIR under sections 123 and 351 (3) in FIR number 54/2025 at Paniara police station in Maharajganj district a day after the incident, but the names of Cabinet Minister Sanjay Nishad and his two sons have been not mentioned in the FIR.

According to the Dynamite News correspondent, the FIR has been registered against one named Jaiprakash Nishad and three unknown persons
It has become talk of the town that heavy pressure was put on the victim's family not to mention the names of Cabinet Minister Sanjay Nishad and his two sons in the complaint.

In the suicide note, Dharmatma Nishad had also accused Cabinet Minister Sanjay Nishad and his two sons of harassing him.
Dharatma Nishad committed suicide by hanging himself in the Gram Panchayat Narkathana of Paniara police station area yesterday on Sunday.
