The Cotswolds food festival Big Feastival will welcome star chefs Asma Khan, Nathan Outlaw and Anna Haugh in August.

Big Feastival, a celebration of food and music hosted on Blur bassist Alex James’ Oxfordshire farm, will also see performances from Sigrid, Tom Grennan, Mel C and Rick Astley as guests tuck into what has been dubbed as the festival’s “biggest ever food programme.”

Khan, the Indian-born British chef and star of Netflix food show Chef’s Table, will make her debut on the farm, while the two Michelin-star Outlaw will travel up from Cornwall to cook his signature seafood.

Haugh, meanwhile, one of Ireland’s best-known chefs and presenter of the BBC’s new-look Ready Steady Cook, will appear in demos over the course of the weekend.

James, who has been making cheese for well over a decade, said: “I can’t wait to welcome everyone back to the farm for our 2023 edition. Big Feastival gets bigger and better every year, it’s the perfect way to spend your August bank holiday weekend with family or friends.

“With even more fantastic acts and entertainment to be announced in the coming weeks, this is shaping up to be our best line-up yet.”

Big Feastival is now in its twelfth year and will take place between August 25-17.

Also on the musical line-up are The Vaccines, Example, and Alice Merton, while more food will come from Big Zuu, Becky Excell, and the Emmy-nominated Ching He Huang MBE.
