Big Brother UK host favourites include Dublin's Laura Whitmore and Jedward

Laura Whitmore Jedward Dublin United Kingdom Joanne McNally Brian Dowling Davina McCall Rylan Clark

Big Brother is set to return to our screens next year and some of Dublin's most popular exports are among favourites to become host.

With the finale of Love Island on ITV last week attracting millions of viewers across Ireland and the UK, TV bosses found it the perfect time to announce the comeback of the old favourite. ITV2 are taking over from Channel 4 and relaunching the show with a whole new house and cast.

Questions surround who the new host of the show is going to be, with many calling for the return of the original star of Big Brother Davina McCall. But there are also several Dubs in the running for the show, including Love Island host Laura Whitmore.
