While the showmance between Holly Young and Colin Ridley has come to a halt with the model’s eviction, it appears that Big Brother Australia has focused its lens on Coco Beby and Bruce Dunne, who’ve been macking on non-stop since their first kiss.
Unfortunately, fans aren’t too pleased with the amount of airtime their snogs are getting.
For the first half of Network 10’s reboot of Big Brother Australia, it’s without a doubt that Holly and Colin’s romance took up a majority of screentime. Their PDA became the subject of many arguments, and it even caused Jane Marshall-Doherty to crash out.
But ever since Holly was evicted from the Dreamworld sharehouse, it appears that Coco and Bruce — who’ve had a connection brewing in the background — have taken over the reins when it comes to the Big Brother Australia romance storyline.
Ahead of Big Brother Australia‘s finale, the pair finally shared their first kiss, and since then, the blonde duo have been sharing secret snogs behind their housemates’ backs.

Although the pair reckon they’ve been stealthy in their cheeky escapades, their fellow housemates have clocked that their bond might’ve gone beyond platonic cuddles.
On Thursday, Conor Maysey called out Coco for being so isolated with Bruce.

While it’s nice to see some romance blossoming in the Big Brother Australia house, it appears viewers are sick of the amount of airtime Coco and Bruce are being given in the daily episodes.
Alongside the disdain for a “showmance” edit, some fans are calling out Coco for being a “hypocrite”. You see, earlier in the season, Coco told Holly and Colin to cut back on the PDA as he kids were watching the show at home.
“I’ve got three kids at home, my three kids don’t want to see you macking on every episode too, you know what I mean?” Coco said.
“Maybe chill out on the macking on, just ’cos you know, there [are] children at home watching the show, my children especially because their mum’s on it.”

With this previous interaction in mind, viewers are now calling Coco out for doing the exact same thing now that Holly is out of the house.
Honestly, I just wish Coco saw why Bruce gave her one point in Week One. All hell would break loose.
Big Brother Australia is on Monday to Friday at 7.30pm and Sundays at 7pm. Watch and live stream 24/7 on 10play or on TikTok @bigbrotherau.
