Kaley Cuoco is said to be close to finalising her divorce from second husband Karl Cook.
The actress - best known for her role as Penny on the The Big Bang Theory - announced her split from her soon-to-be ex-husband shortly after their third wedding anniversary last year.
Karl - who is the son of billionaire Scott Cook - is said to be using Kim Kardashian’s divorce attorney Laura Wasser, as the former couple divide their assets and look to complete their divorce.
