Biden Administration Threatens Texas With Legal Action to Stop State From Blocking Border Area

The Biden administration demanded Texas authorities stop blocking a sector of the southern border that has been commandeered by the state's National Guard, saying the action is "clearly unconstitutional," CBS News reported.

The Department of Homeland Security said that if access to a public park on Eagle Pass is not freed, it will refer the matter to the Department of Justice and "explore other option."
