Escapologist and daredevil Jonathan Goodwin has shared an emotional message with his fans after he was left paralysed in a horror accident in 2021.
The 42-year-old was rushed to hospital in October last year after being seriously injured during a stunt rehearsal for America's Got Talent: Extreme.
He was supposed to escape a straitjacket while upside-down 30ft in the air between two suspended cars but was instead crushed between the vehicles as they caught on fire.
Jonathan, who spent months in hospital, has now shared uplifting advice on social media for anyone going through a hard time.
A picture uploaded to his Instagram story reads: "When things go wrong..try not to panic. Take a minute..take a breath. Then work out how to move forward.

"I'm not saying things can never be really bad.. but sometimes it's just that things aren't fitting the plan we had in our head. Take a breath and make a new plan."
Despite the traumatic events and severe injuries including broken and shattered bones and severe burns, Jonathan is said to have remained positive.
Speaking on Jay Rayner's Out To Lunch podcast his fiancée and Sherlock actress Amanda Abbington said: "His courage and his strength is something that I just aspire to be like.
"He's just incredible, honestly, like so happy, just like a very happy, positive human being, just liquid sunshine. He's amazing."
The couple met after the actress split from Martin Freeman in 2016.
Jonathan, who appeared on Britain's Got Talent in 2019, is said to have proposed within 30 minutes after meeting the mum-of-two for the first time in Vienna.
They plan to get married later this year.
