Beyonce proudly shared snaps of her and her lookalike daughter Blue Ivy from this year's Wearable Art Gala - where the youngster placed a $85k bid on a pair of earrings.
The 10-year-old looked sharp in an electric blue suit with chunky platform shoes as she stood beside her mum for the celebrity event - but stunned her family when she jumped up and entered the surprise bid for the $80,000 diamond Lorraine Schwartz earrings.
Despite the hefty offer, she lost the bidding war to Monique Rodriguez, the founder of Mielle Organics - who threw $105k into the ring.
Blue Ivy and Beyonce were also joined by Jay-Z and Beyonce's mum Tina Knowles-Lawson.
The Carters looked impeccable, as always.
Beyonce, 41, stunned in a custom Gucci gown which hugged her incredible figure.
The black satin dress had a white bust with two silver stars on each cup.
If her outfit wasn't enough of a statement, she teamed her look with two oversized pink arm-length satin gloves.
Her honey-toned hair cascaded down her back and shoulders in soft waves and she added a pair of glittery earrings.
Her dad wore a black velvet suit jacket with a bow tie in the same colour.
This isn't the first time that Blue Ivy has caused a stir at the annual event, when she was six she bid $19k on an acrylic painting.
She entered a bidding war with American actor Tyler Perry, 53 - who didn't realise he was going up against a child.
The Gone Girl actor told NBC: "Somebody else was bidding against me. I didn't know who it was."
"I look over and it's her. She's taking the paddle out of Jay's hand and Beyonce's hand and she's bidding," he explained.
Refusing to back down to a six-year-old, he said: "This kid's not outbidding me today,
"You gonna learn today, little girl, I'm getting this painting."
Star Jones, 60, who was hosting the event, explained how Blue Ivy's passion for art has slowly developed.
"Her mother and father have been talking about how you gather art and that is a big deal for African Americans,' she said from the stage.
The former host of The View, credited Beyonce's mum for Blue Ivy's eye for art.
