Beyonce fans are convinced the singer was injured and struggling during the opening night of her Renaissance world tour.
The 41-year-old superstar kicked off her epic 53-show tour in Stockholm on Wednesday, but many fans expressed their worries after noticing her restrained dancing.
Beyonce is well-known for her hugely energetic performances, but took more breaks during her latest performance, according to concertgoers.
She also opened the show with a series of ballads, instead of her catchy pop hits.
Fans have taken to Twitter to share their concerns after becoming worried she is recovering from an injury, four months after rumours circulated that she underwent a secret foot surgery.
Speculation began back in January after the singer's performance in Dubai.
"I love Beyoncé so much but I want her to stop touring now and just rest and enjoy what she's built.
"She gives so much of herself on these tours and I feel like this foot injury was God telling her to rest or slow down," one fan said after Wednesday's show.
Another said: "The way beyonce eating this renaissance tour regardless of her foot not completely healed, the budget damn she's sick."
"Beyoncé ain’t moving her foot and leg must still be mash up," a third fan added.
One person urged fans to be understanding, writing: "Beyoncé performing THIQUE. You can tell her she's being extra careful with her foot (probably doc orders).
"With that said, kindly keep your unrealistic ideals/standards to yourself."
Rumours of Beyonce's foot surgery began when journalist Garrick Kennedy, who attended her Dubai show, tweeted about it.
"BEYLANTIS was quite the unexpected show," he wrote. "That voice just gets better and better. Mama was doing her good singing. Mind-blowing to see her and Blue Ivy perform together.
"Even more in awe to hear she did this after foot surgery."
Garrick has since deleted the tweet, with no further information having been released about the alleged surgery.
Beyonce dazzled fans during her opening night as she was surrounded by a group of dancers who busted some energetic moves.
At one point, she was also suspended in mid-air as she sat on top of a gigantic glistening horse and was lowered to the stage.
The Renaissance tour began this week to promote Beyonce's album of the same name which she released last summer. It was the first album she dropped since Lemonade in 2016.
She will make her way through a number of European cities including London, Barcelona and Amsterdam.
The singer will then head to Toronto in July, before returning to the United States, visiting cities such as Los Angeles, Nashville and Las Vegas.
