Beyoncé has bagged her fourth solo UK number one album with Renaissance, making it her first chart-topper in six years.
The former Destiny's Child singer missed out on securing the chart double, however, with Break My Soul only reaching number two on the singles chart.
Renaissance, which is Beyoncé's seventh studio album, incorporates house music and Afrobeats and outsold its closest competition three to one to nab the top spot.
The 40-year-old has previously topped the UK charts on three occasions as a solo artist – with Dangerously In Love (2003), 4 (2011) and Lemonade (2016).
As a member of Destiny’s Child, she reached number one with Survivor in 2001.
Renaissance is Beyoncé's first solo album in six years, following the release of Lemonade in 2016.
The album has recently been slammed by listeners who noticed one of the songs featured an ableist slur.
Loose Women presenter Sophie Morgan, who was left paralysed from the chest down following a car crash, says she was heartbroken after discovering the word in the song Heated.
Speaking to the rest of the panel, Sophie said: "The word is a medical phrase but it basically got turned into an offensive term and so disabled people said we want to stop using it.
"So, the word is now what we call an ableist slur. It's something that we fight very hard to have removed from everyday lexicon."
She added: "When we see pop stars like Beyoncé using [the word], it is heart-breaking for lots of different reasons.
"But one of the reasons it’s particularly frustrating is that only six weeks ago another popstar, Lizzo, used the same term and it had a huge backlash."
Beyoncé has said she intends to remove the word, with a spokesperson telling the PA news agency: "The word, not used intentionally in a harmful manner, will be replaced in the lyrics."
Later, Beyonce also removed a snippet of Kelis’ song Milkshake from her track Energy following reported criticism from the singer.
Kelis hadn't been credited on the track and took to Instagram to rant about the song.
The Milkshake singer said it is "common decency" to reach out before using someone else's work. She also slammed Beyoncé's actions as "disrespectful".
