Music superstar Beyoncé has announced she will be embarking on a world tour this year, and is coming pretty close to Bristol. The musician confirmed the news on Instagram this morning (Wednesday).
‘Queen B’ will kick off her tour, which is in support of her seventh studio album ‘Renaissance’, in Europe in May. The first date is in Stockholm on May 10, before she heads to Brussels.
After this Beyoncé moves onto the UK leg of the tour, where she will perform just five shows, the first of which will be at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium on May 17. She will then head to Edinburgh and Sunderland, then a quick show in Paris, before she returns to the UK for two London shows on May 29 and 30.

Tickets, which will likely be very difficult to get, aren't available yet but information on how to get them is expected to be released soon.
Renaissance is Beyoncé's first tour in six years, and as well as the UK leg she will visit cities across both Europe and North America. Her European shows include Marseille, Amsterdam, Warsaw, Brussels, Barcelona, Cologne, Frankfurt and Hamburg.
Her North American leg, which starts on July 8, will see her perform in Boston, Charlotte, Dallas, Detroit, Kansas City, Louisville, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, New Orleans, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, St. Louis, Tampa, Vancouver and more. As well as bringing live entertainment to her fans, Beyoncé will also be running her BeyGOOD initiative.
