A popular Co Fermanagh deli has expanded into a second location after a successful first 10 months in business.
Between the Bridges first opened up on Townhall Street in Enniskillen last year, and has now opened a second spot in Lisnaskea.
The shop is well-known for its collection of ready meals, as well as fresh product available instore, and now employs more than 20 staff.
The business was set up by local chefs and friends Declan O’Donoghue and Paul Curry, with the former saying they have big plans to expand all across Northern Ireland following the Lisnaskea opening on Bank Brae.
“The whole business is still in its early days, we are only open 10 months in Enniskillen,” Declan told MyFermanagh.
“We know we are on to something special and our brand is quite strong and our reputation as well.
“With Lisnaskea we thought there was a gap in the market there for what we do.
“So far we are right. Everything is a risk but we both know the area well and felt it was worth it.
“Our plan is to have these pinpointed across the North at some stage and maybe even into the South.
The Co Fermanagh man added that the early signs were good after a week open at their Lisnaskea premises.
“We’re open now and have been flat out,” he said.
“We took on the staff we thought we needed for Lisnaskea but it’s apparent from opening that it wasn’t enough so we brought three more in. so that’s us up to 27 staff now.
"We really appreciate our staff, me and Paul are only two people and we would be nothing without them."
