Betfred owner's developer 'in talks' to build 40-storey flats and hotel skyscraper at Gary Neville's St Michael's scheme

The developer owned by the co-founder of Betfred is in talks to build the 40-storey apartments and hotel skyscraper at the St Michael's scheme in Manchester city centre, according to reports.

First reported by React News, Fred Done's Salboy is said to be in discussions with Gary Neville’s Relentless to bring forward part of the £200m development.

The tower is set to include 191 hotel rooms as well as 181 flats.
