Ohio State had it all right there for the taking. The Buckeyes controlled most of the game Saturday against the North Carolina Tar Heels but couldn’t see the deal under a patented Carolina Blue late-game run and lost a close one in overtime. When the buzzer sounded, the Buckeyes were left to wonder what could have been after an 89-84 overtime loss.
It was a great effort, but one that has many lessons to take and build upon if this team wants to improve and be more dangerous going forward.
