In February Mexico City comes out on top. That's because it's another warm location, with temperatures of up to 22.9C. It is also Mexico's low season, so not only can tourists enjoy the brighter days but they can also enjoy the quieter attractions and make your way down the bucket list.

In May, New York is a good option. The weather at this time of year is ideal for strolling through Central Park. And on the days there is rain, there is no better place to be, with endless shops for your perusal to provide you some shelter.

The 256.6 hours of sunlight makes it possible for tourists to visit all their favourite attractions and see the sun setting over the skyline of the city.

When it's summer in Britain, in June, it's best to visit Copenhagen. It has an impressive 260 average hours of sunshine and being the low season, it means that tourists can enjoy the man-made beaches, scenic canals, and the Tivoli Gardens without the hustle and bustle of the peak season.

In July, Medellin, in Colombia, South America is described as being the best place to holiday. In summer it endures its low season, likely due to the fact that there's more rainy days.

However, as a tropical destination this is to expected and the city still enjoys highs of up 27.6C. The average daily cost averages incredibly low at $56 so tourists can lap up the local delicacies the city has on offer without worrying about spending a fortune.

Australia is in the midst of its winter holidays come November, but with temperatures of between 16.3C and 23.8C it’s more akin to summer in many countries. Dubai is best in December with temperatures cooler at this time of year, it makes it a prime time to visit as the summer months can be unbearably hot for tourists. Although it is high travel season, Dubai is a destination which is expensive all year round, so best to focus on other factors such as the pleasant weather.
