Romesco sauce is one of those condiments so bursting with flavor that you can find dozens of ways to use it. Problem is, it takes a while to make. Well, not if you buy it. This Romesco sauce (there's also a spicy version) from Ronda's Fine Foods in California is bursting with flavors of roasted red peppers, tomatoes, garlic and almonds. I used it as a dip and as a sauce with sauteed shrimp. But the possibilities are endless.
