We like to boast our BBQ skills, but when summer calls, it’s time to put your money where your mouth is.
The truth is using a BBQ remains somewhat of a mystery to most of us. Just look at garden tables full of burned burgers, overdone wings and blackened corn on the cob at the next BBQ you attend. We also tend to stick the same old fare, not pushing the grill - or ourselves - to spark creativity.
