The NFL will hold its Front Office and GM Accelerator Program next week at the league meetings in Dallas. Cincinnati Bengals director of pro scouting, Steven Radicevic will attend the program.
The program is an attempt to promote qualified personnel people from diverse backgrounds and to connect them with high-level decision-makers from all 32 NFL teams.
There will likely be multiple openings for general manager jobs across the league, and the meeting takes place where the owners assemble.
Radicevic has led the Bengals’ free agency decisions through the rebuild and into the past few years which they have been to back-to-back AFC Championships.
He was hired by the Bengals onto the scouting staff back in 2012 from UCLA where he served as the Director of Football Operations, and 11 years later he seems to be looking to move his career forward if he is able to get a well-deserved promotion.
