Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, as usual, was electric during the month of November.
While Burrow’s team as a whole wasn’t winning games, he was still playing at a high level, to the point he was named the AFC Offensive Player of the Month.
Over that span, Burrow completed 61.4 percent of his passes for 1,035 yards, 12 touchdowns, and one interception, moving his season totals to 67.7, 3,337 yards, 30 touchdowns, and five interceptions.
If Burrow’s Bengals weren’t 4-8, one could argue he would be in the lead for the MVP award.
And while the team had to announce that Burrow received the honor, fans understandably blasted the Bengals for wasting an MVP-caliber season in the middle of a Super Bowl window.
Here’s how fans are feeling about Burrow’s great month and the team’s not-so-great season:
Yet Duke Tobin couldn’t part with R5-6 picks to field a competent defense. Hire a GM, hire more scouts and stop trying to run the team like a mom and pop shop with owners who don’t know ball.

You’re becoming like the @Reds
Shoving Joey Votto and now Hunter Greene and Elly De La Cruz down our throats while wasting their entire careers.
You’re a terrible organization. I’m done rooting for the both of you.
