It’s a whiteout of sorts for the Cincinnati Bengals when they take on the Tennessee Titans in the divisional round of the NFL playoffs this weekend.
Tuesday, the Bengals announced they’d rock white jerseys and pants in Tennessee, with black stripes as the complementary piece to round out the fit.
A week ago, the Bengals tossed on black jerseys and trumped some poor history, shrugging off the 1-4 record in those to upend the visiting Las Vegas Raiders, securing the team’s first playoff win in 31 years.
It’s probably no coincidence this all-white look is the jersey combo the Bengals rolled with last year while upsetting the Titans in 31-20 fashion. That was a statement game for Joe Burrow and one of just four games the Bengals would win all year.
A win in this look again would mean the Bengals are through to the AFC title game.
