The Cincinnati Bengals will host local players on a pre-NFL draft workout on Tuesday ahead of the 2022 NFL draft.
An annual opportunity for local-based prospects to work out for a local NFL team, this year’s event features a handful of big names.
One of those is Cincinnati Bearcats wide receiver Alec Pierce, a guy the Bengals have already had close contact with during the build to the draft.
Also of note will be Ohio State Buckeyes tight end Jeremy Ruckert, a guy who, if nothing else, has been mocked to the Bengals. Ruckert’s teammate, defensive lineman Haskell Garrett, is another name to know.
Like “top 30” visits, the Bengals will also use this chance to get potentially undrafted guys in the building to get familiar with them before that market opens after the draft itself.
