What is typically a pretty quiet Friday for the Cincinnati Bengals during the regular season was anything but this week.
A short week as it is coming out of the Monday night win over the Rams and before the Sunday showdown with the Titans, the Bengals added to a slow news day by shifting an important rookie to injured reserve and adding a new player to the 53-man roster via the waiver wire system.

Charlie Jones to injured reserve -- Bengals Wire
Bengals breakout rookie Charlie Jones is now out at least four weeks due to a thumb injury. The fourth-rounder who already has one return for a touchdown on his resume leaves a big hole in the special teams unit.
