Arsenal defender Ben White scored his second goal of the season on Saturday in the Gunners' 4-1 win over Leeds United. The right-back was in the right place at the right time to make it 2-0 early in the second half.
Gabriel Jesus' brace and Granit Xhaka's strike completed the scoring at the Emirates Stadium as Mikel Arteta's side retained their eight point lead at the top of the table after Manchester City's 4-1 win earlier in the day.
White's goal in the 47th minute was only his second goal for the club since his 2021 move from Brighton. It was also the first time the defender has netted against his former side.

The 25-year-old spent the 2019/20 season on loan at Leeds and played a starring role in the Whites' promotion back to the Premier League. He played 49 times for Marcelo Bielsa's side before returning to Brighton the following campaign.
After making it 2-0 in north London, White ran off in celebration with his teammates in front of the Arsenal fanbase. "Obviously massive respect for Leeds and what happened there," White told Match Of The Day. "It was an unbelievable time for me. I'm just helping Arsenal now and that's the most important."
However, White's goal did not go down well with the Leeds supporters. Speaking on social media, supporters vented their frustration at seeing White score against them after becoming a hero in their promotion-winning season. Here's what they had to say...
@rodrigoallufc: That Ben White goal hurt
@JackDiver6: Ben White loves a celebration against us, it's almost like his career wasn't made under Bielsa
@BradleyFarnill: Why does Ben White hate us so much? I don't get it and it really hurt
@LUFC_Cohen: We mad Ben White btw
@Lucy_LUFC: Ben White celebrating.
@Baiiiker: Course it was Ben White. Why wouldn't it be.
@MarchingoutLUFC: Bit rude of that from Ben White
@jamesmc8: Never liked Ben White
@LUFC_SZN: It just would be Ben White wouldn't it.
