It was another rough outing for the Steelers Saturday night when Mike Tomlin’s squad was handedly beaten by the Colts on national television. Pittsburgh was once again without starting quarterback Kenny Pickett, who has been out since undergoing surgery on a high ankle sprain he suffered in a Week 13 loss to the Cardinals. Now, all eyes will be on who will start under center for Pittsburgh in Week 16 vs. the Bengals.
While watching Saturday’s 30–13 live on his Footbahlin podcast, former Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger weighed in on who he thinks should get the start in the team’s next game.
“So, next week, if Kenny’s back, I think it’ll be Kenny,” Roethlisberger said. “But I think they have to go to Mason [Rudolph]. You’re not going back to Mitch [Trubisky].”
