Melbourne have named forward Ben Brown for his first match since round three for Sunday's AFL clash with GWS in Alice Springs.
Brown was grounded by a back issue after playing the first three games of the season but he'll return against the Giants at Traeger Park in place of young forward Jacob van Rooyen.
"Browny has come back into some really good form in the VFL," Demons coach Simon Goodwin said.
"He has got his body to a really good position."
Jake Bowey and James Harmes also return for the Demons.
Defender Michael Hibberd didn't make the trip to Alice Springs after lacerating his kidney last week against Geelong while James Jordon was omitted.
The Giants have been bolstered by the return of forward Jesse Hogan and Isaac Cumming.
Lachie Whitfield goes out through suspension while young forward Aaron Cadman has been omitted to make way for Hogan's return.
Hawthorn have recalled star veteran Chad Wingard, Fergus Greene and Josh Ward for Sunday's match against Carlton at the MCG.
Jacob Koschitzke, Lachlan Bramble and Cam Mackenzie have been dropped.
For the Blues, Jack Silvagni and Ed Curnow will return to the line-up but Matthew Cottrell (suspension) and Marc Pittonet (knee soreness) were forced out.
West Coast will be boosted by the return of veterans Jamie Cripps and Shannon Hurn for Sunday's meeting with St Kilda in Perth, but Elliot Yeo (hip) and Samo Petrevski-Seton (quad) go out.
Mid-season recruit Ryan Maric was dropped.
For the Saints, Seb Ross replaces Ben Paton.
