The Oscar winner acquired the lavish property in the upscale Pacific Palisades neighborhood, while their marital home remains on the market.
The day Affleck finalized the purchase, Lopez concluded the sale of her NYC condo. Both real estate transactions occurred on July 24, which also marked the singer's birthday.
