Ben Affleck looked downcast as he prepared to ring in a landmark birthday in the company of new wife Jennifer Lopez and their respective children.
The Oscar winning star is due to turn 50-years-old on Monday – three years behind second wife JLo, 53.
The Batman actor was spied looking stone faced as he prepared to board a jet to whizz off to an exotic location to celebrate his upcoming birthday.
Paparazzi captured the star on the tarmac wearing black jeans, a black coat, a white t-shirt, and Top Gun style aviator sunglasses.
Accompanying the understated style, was something of a frown and a sad smile - while recent new wife Jenny busily gathered their luggage..
TMZ reported: “The newlyweds boarded a private plane Saturday at the Van Nuys Airport in L.A. with some of their kids in tow.
“We recognize two of BA's children here, but it's unclear if Jen's young ones are already inside or even there at all. In any case, this trip is a family affair.”
Ben shares three children, daughters Violet, 16, and Seraphina, 13, and son Samuel, 10, with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner who he was a married to from 2005 until 2008.
While JLo shares 14-year-old twins Emme and Max with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, who she was married to from 2004 until 2014.
Ben and JLo were originally an item from 2002 until 2004 – becoming engaged during their whirlwind romance but calling off their 2001 wedding tag the 11th hour over concerns about press attention.
And while they split in 2002, they stunned fans in April 2021 when they reconciled their relationship, and finally tied-the-knot in July this year.
They swapped vows in a ceremony in Las Vegas on 16 July after Ben popped the question, and presented Jen with an impressive diamond ring, back in April.
Writing about their bid day online, Jennifer described the other lovestruck couples who stood in line with her and her husband-to-be, saying “all of us wanting the same thing – for the world to recognise us as partners and to declare our love to the world”.
She went on to write: “We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient.
"Twenty years patient. Stick around long enough and maybe you’ll find the best moment of your life in a drive through in Las Vegas at twelve thirty in the morning…”
