It’s becoming an increasingly common trend for people to call United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement on each other to settle personal gripes. The latest case of that came when a former employee reportedly called federal agents on the owner of South Los Angeles restaurant La Granja Rotisserie, Chef Carlos Lool.
Lool also owns another restaurant in the same area called Fuego Rotisserie and has grown into a beloved member of the community. Unsurprisingly, much like during last year’s calamity in Minnesota, members of the community have since taken to social media to defend one of their own.
