Belfast has been named in the top 10 cities for 'the best UK foodie staycation'.
The Cookaway took 30 of the UK's most populous cities and ranked them according to a variety of factors such as the number of farmers markets, Michelin recognised restaurants and local distilleries.
In the research, Belfast totalled 19 Michelin recognised restaurants, three food tours and seven farmers markets.

It also totalled two local delicacies/unusual ingredients, six local breweries and three local distilleries - receiving an overall score of 40.
Liverpool received an overall score of 39, Manchester receiving 64, Cardiff receiving 33, and London coming out on top with a score of 495.
