Local midwives from Northern Ireland are set to show was life is like behind the scenes in one of the country's busiest maternity units.
Belfast Midwives is a new five-part docuseries on Channel 4 and begins on Tuesday, January 4 at 10pm.
The series is full of warmth, humour and emotion and follows a team of midwives and multidisciplinary team at an award-winning unit in Belfast.

The series was filmed during the summer of 2022 and produced by Lion TV, an award-winning television production company, for Channel 4.
Where was Belfast Midwives filmed?
The show follows midwives and families attending the Royal Jubilee Maternity Service in Belfast.
Brenda Kelly, Head of Midwifery at Belfast Trust said: "Being a Midwife is an incredible privilege. We are with women and families throughout their pregnancy, during labour and when they meet their precious new baby.
"Here in Belfast Trust we have an amazing team of highly skilled and caring midwifes and I’m very proud of them all.
"Filming Belfast Midwives was a great opportunity to celebrate the important role of midwives and the wider multidisciplinary team who are dedicated to delivering great maternity care. It’s a great series which makes me so proud to be a midwife in this team."
