Gary Quinn, owns Taquitos, an authentic Mexican restaurant, which sees customers travel from beyond Belfast to try out. He is currently operating at the Blackstaff Mill, in West Belfast.

The BBC show starts on March 30, and will air each week at 9pm, with a different challenge for every episode.
Speaking to Belfast Live, Gary said: "After a fire in my restaurant in Andersontown, I wasn't going to let that hold me back, so I applied for the show.
"I thought 'I am just going to go for this'. There are different challenges in the show, and it is a really brilliant show. It airs next Thursday, March 30 at 9pm, and I will be in work when it's on but my family will be watching.
"It's really good fun, definitely one to watch. It is good to put Belfast on the map"
In the show's description, the BBC says: "The heat is on. Which entrepreneur has the raw ingredients to succeed, survive and win? Between a life-changing investment stands extreme challenges... and one Gordon Ramsay."
And for episode one of the new series, it reads: "Gordon invites 12 food and drink entrepreneurs to Glenapp Castle in Scotland, where he challenges them to create banquets celebrating his homeland. Can they meet his exacting standards?"
Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars starts on Thursday March 30, at 9pm on BBC One and @BBCiPlayer.
