From a young age, David McCoubrey and Curtis Lagan have had big dreams for their place in the music industry - and those dreams have come true.
The pair, aged 23 and 22, are both from the Woodvale area and became friends while at school at the Boys' Model where their passion for DJing brought them closer. Today, they have shared the stage across the UK and Europe, where they are known as Symmetrik.
And while they prepare for big gigs this year, both men will perform at Woodvale Festival in July, something that they say means a lot to them.

Speaking to Belfast Live David said: "I was a year above Curtis in school, but in the Boys Model we had lots of facilities in the music department, where we could learn our craft.
"We came together outside of school and decided around four or five years ago to join forces. That's when things started to take off. In 2019, we established ourselves together as Symmetrik. We began to get bookings across the water, which was amazing.
"Recently in Belfast, we have launched our own brand called Strictly Bangerz, and we done our first branded night in Limelight around two weeks ago, and that was a huge success. A couple of days after that, we were asked to bring the brand to the Woodvale Festival - and of course we said yes."
Both David and Curtis are DJs and producers, and will be representing Belfast, and particularly the Woodvale area, at Creamfields this summer.
"Belfast is a different level for us," they added.
"We had our first big gig in Woodvale Park three years ago, and closed the festival. Ever since that gig, things escalated.
"We have recently been booked for Creamfields and then are playing the Luminosity Festival in Holland too. The feeling is surreal for us. We are both very well driven and keep our feet on the ground, and our heads down.
"Where we are from, the area, there may be a stigma towards young males, but we want to break that stigma. We want to show other young people, that they are capable, and that it doesn't matter where you are from - you can do it."
