Former owner of the Belfast Giants, Jim Gillespie has died at his family home in Houston, Texas.
Affectionately known by the team and fanbase as 'Mr Belfast', the former owner has been remembered as "a Giant of a man in every sense of the word."
In a statement, the Belfast Giants recalled how the Belfast native took charge of the team at a time when the club were on the 'brink of collapse'.
