Belfast City Council was called to a local park at the weekend after young people came across drugs paraphernalia.
The kids found needles and other 'cooking equipment' at the fountain in Dunville Park, on the Falls Road, on Friday evening. They alerted youth workers who were present at that time.
Falls Residents Association says they were able to contact Belfast City Council and arrange for their Sharps Team to come out to remove the items safely. The team returned the next day to carry out an inspection.
