Behold: Every Xbox and PC game that refused to be overshadowed by Marvel's Wolverine at Sony's June 2026 State of Play

2026's Summer Game Fest week has begun, with its first major event, the Sony State of Play, already in the books. While it focused mostly on PlayStation 5-exclusive games, with Marvel's Wolverine stealing the show, there were plenty of games shown there that will also be coming out soon for Xbox Series X|S and PC.

Some of these highlights include a new Rayman game, a closer look at Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis, a new playable demo released for Onimusha: Way of the Sword, and much more.

Here is every Xbox and PC-related announcement at the June 2026 State of Play.

Rayman Legend Retold

First up, we have Rayman Legends Retold, a new entry in the classic Rayman platformer series that promises a high-flying, wacky adventure where Rayman and his friends must save the Glade of Dreams from evil.

You can punch, kick, and slice your way through obstacles and bad guys solo or with your friends in 4-player co-op.

Rayman Legends Retold is scheduled to launch on October 1, 2026, for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, with pre-orders now open.

Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis

Next, we have a new trailer for Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis, a new entry in the classic Tomb Raider action-adventure series.

In this second reimagining of the original Tomb Raider from 1996, you play as the legendary explorer, Lara Croft, as she explores ancient ruins across the world to uncover lost history and ancient relics while fighting off beasts and dinosaurs.

Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis is scheduled to launch on February 12, 2026, for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, with pre-orders now open.

Onimusha: Way of the Sword

Onimusha: Way of the Sword, the long-awaited comeback entry in Capcom's Onimusha franchise, has a new trailer showcasing more of its swordfighting gameplay and its epic story of the legendary samurai Miyamoto Musashi fighting to save Japan from the evil Genma.

This trailer also confirms that Onimusha: Way of the Sword's release date is September 25, 2026, for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, and that pre-orders are now available.

On top of that, Capcom has announced that a playable demo for Onimusha: Way of the Sword is now available on all platforms for players to whet their appetites in the meantime.

Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve

Bandai Namco took the stage to announce Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve, the next entry in its long-running aerial combat series, Ace Combat. In this game, you play as an elite fighter jet pilot tasked with defending your country from invaders by engaging in aerial dogfights.

The game will feature an epic single-player campaign and various co-op and PvP multiplayer modes with cross-play support.

Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve is scheduled to release on October 2, 2026, for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, and pre-orders are now available.

Dune: Awakening

Dune: Awakening is an open-world survival game based on the dystopian, sci-fi universe of Dune, where players must scavenge for supplies to survive the hostile, sandworm-infested world of Arrakis.

It was originally released for PC on June 10, 2025, but now it's coming to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Game Pass on September 22, 2026, with a new single-player campaign, more storylines, and various gameplay improvements and additions.

Control Resonant

Control: Resonant, the sequel to the cult action-adventure game Control, received a new trailer that showed off more of its reality-bending gameplay and complex story, where you must track the protagonist of the previous game, Jesse Faden, and save the world from supernatural, cosmic threats.

Additionally, the trailer confirms that Control: Resonant will be released on 24, 2026, on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, and pre-orders are now available.

Dynasty Warriors 3: Complete Edition Remastered

The Dynasty Warriors series is revisiting one of its most classic entries and giving it a modern-day upgrade with Dynasty Warriors 3: Complete Edition Remastered.

Take control of one of 40 warriors from Romance of the Three Kingdoms and charge into the fray to cut down literally thousands of enemies on-screen in a glorious power fantasy only the Dynasty series can provide.

Dynasty Warriors 3: Complete Edition Remastered is scheduled to release on October 1, 2026, for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, with pre-orders now open.

Silent Hill: Townfall

Silent Hill: Townfall, the next entry in Konami's Silent Hill series, received a new trailer confirming that it will release on September 24, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and PC and that pre-orders are now open.

In this game, you play as Simon Ordell, a man who has come to the island of St. Amelia to 'put things right' but runs into a seemingly abandoned town covered in an eerie fog.

What follows is a living nightmare as Simon must use his wits and limited combat prowess to avoid getting murdered by monsters and solve devious puzzles to uncover the truth behind this horrifying town.

Stuntman Hollywood

A pleasant surprise for racing fans showed up in the form of Stuntman: Hollywood, a new entry in Saber Interactive's Stuntman franchise. In this game, you play as a Hollywood stuntman, and your goal is to perform death-defying stunts and tricks that will be filmed for movies and TV shows.

This game will allow you to drive in iconic vehicles used in classic movies and shows like Back to the Future, Knight Rider, Miami Vice, Death Race, and much more.

Stuntman: Hollywood is slated to be released on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC at a later date, and it's now available for wishlisting.

ILL

A new story trailer showed up for a dark, disturbing, first-person survival horror game simply titled ILL. In this game, you are trapped inside a research fortress, and it is infested with all kinds of horrifying monsters that have broken containment.

You will need to scavenge for weapons to defend yourself and medical supplies to keep you alive as you struggle to find a way to escape this rotten fortress and uncover its dark secrets.

ILL will be released for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC at a later date, and it's now available for wishlisting.
