Beefed-up security for murder trial after family fracas

A courthouse "eruption" between the emotionally charged families of a murder accused and his alleged victim will result in beefed-up security at trial.

Conrad Peter Lardner, 50, has pleaded not guilty to murdering 39-year-old David Vale on the NSW mid-north coast just before midnight on March 1, 2023.
