England football legend David Beckham bumped into Fergie this week at a posh Italian restaurant. However boots didn't fly as it wasn't his former Manchester United manager Sir Alex but Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, who he met by chance when out for lunch with his wife Victoria Beckham.
The couple, 48 and 47 respectively, have been enjoying a lavish holiday with their youngest children Cruz Beckham, 17, and Harper Beckham, 11. They spent some time in Croatia last week and have now moved on to Italy for the holiday, visiting the Amalfi Coast, reports the Mirror.
While lunching at the Lo Scoglio restaurant in the seaside village of Marina del Cantone, they met Prince Andrew's ex-wife Fergie, 62, by chance. The Beckhams appeared to have been enjoying themselves at the restaurant overlooking the Amalfi Coast - which is popular with celebrities visiting the area.

The couple were seen speaking to the former Duchess of York at one point at the restaurant, with Fergie keeping cool in the sunny climes in a polka dot dress. They didn't appear to dine with Fergie at the restaurant, but stopped to say hello as they passed by her table whilst on their way out.
Victoria kissed Fergie on the cheek as the couple said goodbye to her, with David leaning in closer to the former royal seemingly for a more intimate conversation. According to the Daily Mail, the relationship between the Beckhams and Fergie dates back several years - with the latter said to have hosted a birthday party for Harper once.
Harper is understood to have attended a tea party at Buckingham Palace in 2017 to celebrate her sixth birthday, hosted by Fergie. The trip comes shortly after Harper, the youngest of the couple's four children, celebrated her 11th birthday.
