Heartfelt tributes have poured in for a ‘lovely’ and 'beautiful' teenager who died just three weeks after taking himself to A&E.
Harvey Edwards, 19, made the move from Bristol to Liverpool to pursue his studies in Biochemistry at the university. However, last month, he began to feel unwell and decided to visit A&E thinking it might be a sinus infection.
The teen went back to hospital on June 13 when his symptoms continued to worsen. The student was given an MRI scan which is when he was told the devastating news he had a bleed on his brain.
Doctors told Harvey that he would needed to be put into an induced coma to tackle the bleed and alleviate the pressure on his brain. But, sadly Harvey suffered a devastating stroke and his family had to make the heartbreaking decision to turn off his life support on June 28.
