'Beautiful, kind boy' died alongside woman in Christmas Day river car crash

The family of the second victim of a Christmas Day river crash have paid tribute.

Jay Kyle Jenkins' loved ones described him as “our beautiful, kind boy” and released a photo.

They added: “Jay was a kind, genuine soul who was always helping other people. The local community are devastated.”
