'Beautiful' girl, 18, found dead by mum after taking cocktail of drink and drugs

A teenager found dead by her devastated mother lost her life after taking a "cocktail of alcohol and illicit drugs ", an inquest into her death found.

Jade Elizabeth Mitchell, 18, died at her parent's home after being found unresponsive on the sofa.

Her mum Jane Mitchell discovered her daughter in the early morning on June 19, 2020 in Holyhead, Wales, report NorthWalesLive.
